I'm 25 and I'm starting a low carb diet...God it's hard...I don't consider myself to be obese or even overweight, but if I don't get my body under control now I will just keep gaining as I get older because I eat crap. I weight 136 lbs now...heaviest I've ever been in my life (even when I was 9 months pregnant with all 3 of my kids)...I would like to just get leaner...and learn a diet I can live for life...I want to weigh about 125...that is ideal for my height...I'm very addicted to carbs so it's been hard, but I've had 3 kids and my body is just not where I want it to be right now...I'm very flabby in the tummy area and I'm starting to notice some accumulation of fat right above my c-section scar where most women get what's called a 2nd butt I guess...I do NOT want that! So if you have any tips for just starting (I'm on my 3rd day) please let me know...I'm not sure if anyone even still gets on here or not.
