Hey all, I would like to get some feedback on my progress. I have been dieting and training for about 3 1/2 months and have cut my body fat from 28% down to 11% (using a 3-point caliper test). My goal is to get it down to under 8%. Any advice and/or feedback on my progress is much appreciated. My weekly progress pics and food logs are located here... www.scottysbody.comPlease let me know what you think...good or bad, I can take it. Scotty

Hi Scotty
wow, you look amazing. I used to be a personal trainer, when i was in my 30's, and i was so into it.
You look great. Isn't it amazing how losing fat is like snow on a branch, melting away, revealing our muscles and how our bodies SHOULD look?
I'm struggling too, only part of my problem is med induced. Anyway, how do you find strength to do weight workouts on the lo carb diet?
every time i do 'low carb' it works so quickly, but then i REALLY REALLY start missing my fruits and grains, and then i go right back to carbs again. I've done it over and over.
I'm so depressed. I used to be a model, and now i'm 50, (i'm sure menopause isn't helping either) and i've been on paxil for over 12 years for debilitating depression and panic attacks. The paxil put 50 lbs on me in about three years, and i can't get it off. But the minute i go 'low=carb' i can feel the fat melting away, and my abs get so much flatter.
How do you keep up your morale? Well, looking in the mirror obviously!!! You're doing so awesome!! Terri
