This is my first message on this board. This is my second time being on the low carb diet. Once, 5 years ago I lost 82 pounds from 302 to 220 (6'3"). 210 is really normal for my height. Did it by low carbs and exercise. Unfortunately, I gained 62 back, so I am back on the restricted LC diet. After 2 1/2 weeks I lost 17 pounds and then "hit the wall" for the past 5 days. Does anyone have any advice? I have been exercising and introducing some salads into my diet.
Also, what is the deal with wine, liquor (no sugar), aspartame sweetener or caffeine? Does anyone find a difference in their weight loss if you consume this items? I can't seem to find a consistent answer. ??? ???
