NO COOK CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE DESSERT:
1 PACKAGE GELATIN 1 CUP BOILING WATER 16 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE -- SOFTENED 1 TEASPOON VANILLA 16 PACKAGES EQUAL® SWEETENER 1 OUNCE UNSWEETENED BAKING CHOCOLATE SQUARE --MELTED
DISSOLVE THE GELATIN IN THE BOILING WATER IN A MIXING BOWL. STIR WELL. CUT THE CREAM CHEESE INTO SMALL PIECES AND PLACE IN THE DISSOLVED GELATIN. ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE. MIX. ADD THE VANILLA, SWEETENER; BEAT WELL WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER (2+ MINUTES ON MED/HI SPEED). POUR INTO THE PREPARED MUFFIN CUPS OR A BUTTERED PIE PAN. CHILL UNTIL FIRM, ABOUT 2-3 HOURS. NOTES : 5.5 CARBS PER SERVING
