Cream Cheese Fudge
16 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares, melted and cooled 1/2 cups sugar substitute (aspartame sweetener) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.
One serving = 5 grams carbohydrate & 3 grams protein

I am so loving these recipes tonight, and I cannot get into trouble as I have no car to go buy things lol !! This is another great one, looks so good. I love chocolate so much, but have not had any in almost six weeks, except some sugar free choc pudding and some low carb choc ice cream, but no candy type chocoate. I wrote this one down and plan to try it this weekend. Stephie
