Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe
Crust: 2/4 Cup of Flax seed meal 1/2 t. cinammon 4 T. Splenda 3 T. Butter
Pressed that into a spring form pan and heat it in a 325° oven for 10 min.
Meanwhile beat together:
4 packages of Cream Cheese 1 cup Splenda 3 T. Low Carb Almond Flour 1 T. Vanilla 1 C. Sour Cream 4 Eggs
Pour this into the pan with the crust and let it cook at 325° about 1 hour till set in the middle. If you are using a dark non stick pan cook it same time but at 300°. It has to cool overnight
