This soup is made to taste……….. and depending on How much of each ingredient you use, will determin carb count. Steam broccoli…….. (about 1 large head) In a large pot, add some Chicken stock and water Add broccolli and greated cheese ( 2 cups or more) Bring to the boil, and turn heat right down, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Puree soup to make smooth. Note:- You can add onions, garlic etc, and a bit of cream if you like, depending on the amount of carbs you are allowed. Also, You can add some lentils, split peas etc, for extra fibre if required. Sorry the recipe is a bit slap-dash....... but you get the idea..... Make up your own to suit.
