Portabella Pizza
Wash and trim portabella mushroom caps, the bigger the better. Dip in egg and finely crushed pork rinds. Lightly saute in oil on both sides. Place caps in oiled baking dish. Top each with natural pizza sauce (the natural ones have way less CARBS) and a heaping tablespoon full of pizza cheeses. Add your favorite meat pizza toppings. Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted and oozing. About 20 minutes.
