B- 2-3 eggs 4 slices of bacon 1 oz chedder cheese
tea or decaffinated coffee
L Chicken salad
D Lamb and tossed green salad with dressing ( you count the carbs)
Day 2
B- scrambled or sunny side up eggs; 2 slices smoked ham; 1 tablespoon cream cheese
L Burger ( no bun) 1/2 cucumber
D- Fish of some sort, tossed green salad; water
Day 3
B Eggs; 2 sausage patties tea or decaffinated coffee or water
L Chicken salad and water
D Fish; tossed green salad and water
Day 4
B- omelet
L tuna salad on lettuce leaves
D-Roasted Chicken and tossed green salad
Day 5
B- 4 deviled egg halves; bacon
L- Fresh tuna and avacado salad
D- Shrimp and tossed salad
Day 6
B- Sausage Omelet; Tea or decaffinated coffee
L- Hamburger and tossed green salad
D- Cornish Game Hens; salad

L- Chicken Salad; 6 fried pork rinds
D-Meat of your choice; tossed green salad

B-Omelet w/ sausage patties
L-hamburger 1/2 tomato sliced; 1/4 cucumber sliced
D- Lobster tails; tossed green salad; SF Jello
Day 4
B-Smoked Salmon and cream cheese-no bagel now!
L-Ham omelet; tossed green salad
D-Roast Beef; tossed green salad or other legal veggi!
Day 5

L-Zuccini stuffed w/ cream sauce
