Hi everyone! I'm a 25 year old female and I have been struggling with my weight forever. I have recently started low-carb dieting along with exercising, but I have not lost not one pound. I eat way less food, and when I do eat, the food is usually carb conscious. I started walking every night for exercise. Is there any help that anyone could provide that might help me determine why I'm losing NO weight? I would really appreciate it. It has been about a month and a half and I'm still at the same exact weight. What gives?
I'm desperate!

Are you lifting any weights because if you are than that could be part of the problem, muscle weighs more than fat, so your weight may not change but your body could be firmer up. If you are drinking alot of alcohol or soft drinks it won't work either because you are filling your body with empty calories so you may not be eating the calories you may be drinking the calories.
