Hey guys my name is Alex I'm 35 and I started my "life style change" about 3 months ago and so far have no complaints. But I do have questions - what a shock right? So I try to get all my carbs from beer - because I love beer and refuse to give that up is why - and generally live off of meat, cheese and salads. But my question is now that my body is in this mode what will happen if say for instance we go out to eat and I end up eating say 80g of carbs while living off of 30-40 for the last few months....am I going to have the same sugar shock I did when I started? Thanks for the help - oh and don't worry I have more questions...
