Hi there, I'm new on here and I have a question about cheese. I've been on the induction stage for 5 days now and I am trying to stick to the 20g net carbs per day. I read that it is ok to eat cheese. The confusion comes after reading that cheese has the equivilent of 1g net carbs per 1g of cheese. If this is the case I have just consumed 60g of Somerset Brie, blowing my daily allowance by 3 times! Is this correct or can you eat as much cheese as you like?
