No matter whether you want to keep track on your own PC, another board, or in this forum....... it is a very important tool to log your daily food intake, thoughts and feelings........ As Stephie has pointed out, when things get tough, and it all looks too difficult, it is great to go back and Re-read your diary to see WHAT events, TOM, etc ,triggered your lapse......... and it is interesting to see HOW certain cheat foods effected you. Doing this has helped Stephie immensely........ and I think it would benifit us all. So if you haven`t yet started one, hopefully you will soon. It is also great to read other peoples diaries........ you never know WHAT you may learn........ every little bit helps.

I think the public journals are a wonderful tool on my low carb way of eating. I love the imput I get from others, and the fact I get called out sometimes when I make bad choices. I will sometimes ask advice in my journal and certainly save some subjects for the my journal over the other forums. I highly recommend them to everyone !!! Stephie ;D
