Low Carb Pizza Crust (Makes a nine inch pizza)
2/3 cup soy protein isolate 1/8 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 to 2/3 cup water (depending on your powder and the humidity)
Sift together dry ingredients. Add water until you have a nice, non sticky ball of dough. Pat out into a well greased 9-inch pie plate (and up the sides a bit).
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes while you are preparing your other toppings. Top as desired and back 20 -25 minutes more or until cheese is golden brown.
