THE BASIC INGREDIENT.....ZUCCHINI
ALL YOU GOT TO DO IS TAKE A PEELER......AND PEEL DOWN THE LENGTH OF THE ZUCC....TURNING AS YOU GO WHEN YOU REACH THE SEEDS ON ALL SIDES....STOP.
WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT, IS A VEGGIE THAT CAN BE SAUTEED AND TREATED *JUST* LIKE FETTUCINI.
THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! I'VE MADE IT USING HEAVY CREAM, BASIL AND PARMESAN OR SUN-DRIED TOMATOES.....ANYTHING! THATs it!
