25 carbs for the WHOLE recipe ( depends on brands used, and amount of cheese you add)
Meat Sauce 500g Steak Mince 250g Mushrooms - sliced 200g Bacon- well grilled & sliced 1 Cup sliced zucchini 1 tsp Pesto (or fresh basil) Seasonings to taste 2 TBL Grated Parmesan... to thicken meat sauce. (Use more if you like)
Cheese Sauce 100ml Double Cream 1 tsp Parmesan cheese 15g Butter (rounded TBS) Dash of Water
Pre-pare in a pot on stove, or in the microwave. Stir in 2TBL cheddar cheese.
Pasta Sheets 1 Egg - beaten 1 Dessertsthingy Parmesan 1 Dessertsthingy Ground Almonds Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all, and cook into thin crepes, until quite "rubbery".
Assemble as you would a normal lasagne, top with cheese and bake.
